No Colleague/Manager Notifications Received from Journeys

Looking for how to troubleshoot sending notifications from JourneysContent
Tasks are currently configured to send to colleagues and line manager performers when 'Task assigned or reassigned'. Also, on the checklist template Display Properties tab, we have 'Combine task notifications" box checked so that colleagues/line managers only receive one notification for the 5+ tasks that they will have assigned based on the Action.
So far, with Journeys testing, no notifications are being sent to the performers/owners of the tasks.
