Line Manager can not see Goals for direct reports

Line Manager is redirected to Person Profile when trying to view direct reports Goals

Hi, 

We have a new implementation of Goals Mgmt and when a Line Manger logs in to view direct reports Goals via My Team > Career & Performance > Goals & Performance Overview, selects either the employees name or Performance Goals they are redirected to the employees employee summary page and not the Goal Page. 

This is the case in our Production Environment in DEV environments all works as we would expect. I have compares Line Manager roles and Security Profiles and both are identical. 

Any ideas?
