Unable to see Workers under Performance Documents > Create Document

Hi All,

Greetings!
I am facing an issue with the My Client Group > Performance > Performance Documents > Create Document where I am not able to see any list of employees under it.
 

I have logged in as a HR Admin
I can see the eligible workers in Performance> Performance Documents
