Getting 3 notifications when leave approved by manager?

Summary

Hi Team,

Getting 3 notifications when leave approved by manager?

Issue:- I have applied one on duty leave and manager also approved but once approved by manager am getting three notifications.

1.Approved notification

2.Submitted notification

3.FYI notification

Note:- why employee did not get notification once his/her submit the leave and Once manager approved the leave manager didn't get any notifications.

We want to remove submitted notification and FYI notification for employee ,employee should recieve the notification once manager approved.
