Performance Document PDF not showing Spanish content in full

Summary

Performance PDF generated in Spanish shows only few static text in Spanish and remaining in English

Content

We loaded Competencies, Questionnaires and Rating Models in English as well in Spanish through HDL. Also, section name was added in Spanish manually in UI (through Spanish login). However, the Performance PDF is still showing in English for Competencies Name, Questionnaire, Rating Level and Section Name. Only Field labels (Employee comments, manager comments) are showing in Spanish.

In Performance Document UI, Competencies Name, Questionnaire, Rating Level and Section Name - all are showing in Spanish text but when we print these items are not in Spanish.
