Hi all, 

We have integrated with HireRight for i9 integration. Section 2 is assigned to an AoR and there is a situation when there are around 5 people as AoR for One person to complete Section 2. They all can see the task in Onboarding. 

Issues - None of them are receiving email notification for Section 2 and the Go to Button is disabled for section 2 for AoR. They already already active in HireRight. Is there a security or some configuration issue?
