Organization Goals on performance documents

Organization Goals on performance documents

Our managers have the option to select Organization Goals when they create their own goal on their performance document. When they do it does not flow down to their employees. We have not used or told them to do this, but since they have this option, they are using it.

Is there something else that needs to happen for these to flow down? I have read some things about organization goals but not for goals on performance documents. Let me know what I am missing.
