Combining two Attestation Questionnaire in a single attestation set

Business requirement

The business has two types of business requirements.

1. Attestation Questionaire-1 for CA employee on submit of time card
2. Attestation Questionnaire-2 for Webclock out event.

We can do separately both requirements with the same entry profile.

 

Problem:

Business is getting issues while combining both requirements in one attestation set and attached to the same entry profile (as these requirements apply to the same group of employees). While submitting the time card, the web clock questionnaire Attestation is also getting Triggered.

Please suggest how to combine both of them with a different questionnaire in a single attestation set. Please suggest whether this is possible or not?
