Calibration (Using Workforce Compensation) interaction with Performance Document

Currently using calibration, however changes to ratings in compensation updating performance document as soon as saved.

Currently we are using Workforce Compensation to do calibration of our performance ratings.  However, even if I set up that the plan needs to be submitted and go for approval.  Ratings changed during the calibration process feed back straight away to the performance document.

Would like to stop this so that Managers cannot see changes until the calibration process is completed.  Has anyone done this  previously.
