How do you handle time card integration to avoid issues on missing data. We understand that setting business process well and good timing of the integration would help but this is for rare cases. If a time card entry has already been integrated and then employee deletes the time card entry for that period, how do you handle this? Deleting approved time cards would not really suffice because if editing approved time card is allowed, employee can choose to delete the time card entry and proceed with the rest of the update.
