Add Development Goal

Hi,

we have a question about the possibility to add a development goal. In particular, we add a development goal as a manager to his direct report. After having submitted the development goal we don't see this goal inside the worker's development plan.
We attached a file word ("Development Goal") with screenshots in order to better explain the problem.
Could you kindly help us?
