Rating score not visible when using manual rating

Hi,

We are not using display star rating and enabled manual rating in the performance document.

We only have one development goal section , when manager give the manual section rating and then overall summary rating  - the rating score doesn't display. It just display for example - Meets Successfully .

Is this expected?
