Copy of Human Resource Analyst Role is not giving access to Plan Balance under Plan Participation

In order to give read only HR access to some users, we have created Copy of Human Resource Analyst Role.
replicate the same situation as in Prod by following steps on Dev3.
Role Created : March 30 Human Resource Analyst
Which is a copy of Human Resource Analyst.

HR Analyst role do not give access to Absence Records for an employee.

Hence i have assigned the following Functional privileges which could grant access to Person Management - Absence Records.

Absence Administration Work Area
Manage Absence Records
View Absence Record
View Absence Balance
View Absence Plan Enrollment
View Absence Balances as Administrator
