Unable to approve absence via email

User is unable to approve absence via emailContent
Hello Cloud Connect
I have a user who's experiencing odd behaviour through excel when trying to approve through Outlook.
When he selects the relevant option from email - he's being presented with the Outlook "add an account" option. He's having no further issues with his email, only the oracle approval email
Does anyone know why Outlook could be reacting this way with the Oracle Email?
