Fetching Parent Qualification Band Matrix in Band Entitlement Formula

Hello,

We are trying to achieve a requirement using the Global Absence Band Entitlement Formula. 

For a qualification plan, we have a some rows defined in the 'Qualification Band Matrix' section. Each of them in turn has a record associated in the 'Qualification Details' section with the duration and payment percentage. 

Would anyone know if it is possible to reference / fetch the parent Qualification Band Matrix row in the Band Entitlement Formula either as an Input Variable or via the Context. For example, if an employee falls in the first row / sequence of the Qualification Band Matrix, would we be able to find out the row / sequence assigned to them in the Band Entitlement FF?
