How to include Dashboard filter in Graph and Drill

Graph shows all data instead included in filter

The attached file is a Graph included in a Dashboard. The Dashboard has a filter/ prompt to shows selected Data. For some reason the attached Graph for some reason does not show the Data as part of the filter/ prompt but all Data.

Can someone provide me with solution to show only data part of Dashboard prompt / filter?
