When you click on the Goals Spotlight from My Team, should you be directed to the Goals page of that particular employee?  We turned off Goals and Performance in the Person Spotlight because we had employees being able to see their Managers information.  Is there a way for the manager in My Teams to click on the Goals and be able to view them without the Person Spotlight for Goals (visible) being set to Yes.
