Grant entitlement on hire date with a common leave yearContent
Hi experts,
May I ask how could the HCM absence handle the leave entitlement which
- Grant yearly on employee hire day
- while have a common leave year.
For example, common leave year from 1st Jan to 31 Dec each year, and there is an employee join on 1st May 2021.
Given that the entitlement will be increased every year with front-loaded
1st year 20 days
2nd year 21 days
3rd year 22 days ...etc
From the requirement from client,
the entitlement for the employee should be
on 1st May 2021, employee would have 20 days,
