OTBI 9 box rating for Review meeting in progress

How to get the value of the 9 box rating for an employee when the talent review meeting is in progress and not closed

Content

I want to see the Person Box value for all those who have been placed while the metting is in Progress

The Subject Area "Workforce Profiles -- Person profile Real Time" --> Person Profile --> Box Assignment --> fetches only for those who have got place in N Box AND the talent review meeting is closed but i want it even if the meeting is not closed. 

Also what is the base tables this values gets stored ?
