Hi there,

Does anyone here have experience with the Bradford factor - absences?

We are trying to build a custom BIP bursting report where the line manager receives an email notification if an employee has reached a certain score on Bradford Factor.

The challenge we have is related with opened sickness absence. Did you consider the END DATE for Opened Sickness Absence is SYS DATE, did you have another approach?
