Hi Team,

 

When employee tries to apply for absence, duration is auto calculated and is not editable. But when manager or HR specialist tries to apply for an absence through absence record page then duration field is enabled and not auto calculated. When enters duration manually, there is no validation on the duration, it is simply allowing the absence.
