Create an enrollment start rule that Shift the enrollment Start date for whom is hired after the 16th day of the Month.

Hi Experts,

We have the following requirements: 

1) All Employees are eligible to a Vacation Accrual Plan. 

2) All employees that are Hired after 16th days of the month are enrolled in the next month. 

We think that to implement this requirement is useful to Use an Enrollment Start Rule.
