Identify time cards that are pending for approval and time cards that are errored

Hello,

Does someone know how can we identify time cards that are pending for approval from those whose approval transaction got in error?

We have a list of old time cards in status submitted and trying to understand which of these time cards are still in status submitted because the person who has to approve them did not perform this task and which of these time cards are in status submitted because the transaction never reached an approver of there was an error with the transaction.

Do you know if there is such feature in the application that can be used or if not, what tables store these information and how can these be used to build a custome BI report?
