Create a link under Me , which will take us directly to My Documents > Add Document to add Passport Details

Hi , 

I want to create a ICON under Me to add passport details in My Documents.

Generally , Employees will go to My Documents and click on '+' button to add DOR's.

But in my requirement , I want skip to click '+' button and Document Type default to 'Passport' on Add Document Page.
