Ending Absence Plan and removing accruals

Relative newcomer to the Absence Management module. We need to end our Floating Holiday absence plan so that it does not show up (is not available to select) effective 6/1/21. We also need to empty/delete whatever hours are remaining in someone's balance, also effective 6/1/21. Any suggestions on the best way to make this happen?
