We are changing our leave policy and moving from calendar day to working day.
instead of monthly accrual, we are giving an option of the front-loading, fiscal year from JUL to JUN
Configuration:
We are maintaining Leave Entitlement at position level, i.e set of positions will have 22,24,26 entitlement values
Use Case:
At the start of the fiscal year, an employee at Position A is having 22 entitlement, so when we run the accrual process his front load accrual will be 22.
