Action in Time Entries - Add Project Task Assignments - How are they Used?

What's the expected behavior for Add Project Task Assignments when you select it in Actions drop down before you enter time entries(Time Sheet Copy Functionality)

Hello Oracle community. I have found little documentation on how this value in the Entries -Action drop down.

Currently we see the following values:

• Copy Other Time Card
• Copy Previous Time Card
• Add Project Task Assignments

We're not sure how 'Add Project Task Assignments' work. 

We are initially thinking of utilising this as defaulting tool so that employees who are members of projects will no longer enter their projects. However, we're unsure what the expected behavior should be.
