Absence Duration

Hello,

There is a requirement where in when employee books absence during the non working days, the system should exclude the non working days and provide the absence duration. For eg . if an employee takes sick leave from 12th to 15thJune, it should calculate 2 absence duration.

Also in the Absence type the UOM is calender days. So i believe we need to acheive this through FF or configuration. If its FF please provide the code and where (Absence type/Absence plan)do we have to attach the FF?

Kindly let me know how to achieve this.
