Overall Summary section is not showing correct calculated rating based upon Competencies evaluation

Hello Team,

In Performance Template, we have two sections (Performance Goals (80% of total evaluation weight), Competencies (20% of total evaluation weight)). For Performance Goals (80%) if Calculated value is 3.00, the Overall Summary correctly calculates and displays correct Average value 2.4 based upon 80%. But for Competencies (20%) if Calculated value is 3.00, the Overall Summary calculates and displays Average value 0.8 instead of 0.6. Could you please suggest if any step has been missed.
