How can a worker's non-primary schedule be displayed on a the Planned Schedule Calendar?

A worker may have two schedules for different time periods for one work assignment. For our customer it is important for the HR Specialist to be able to see both schedules, primary and non-primary, while planning a schedule. Is there a way to see both? Currently, only the worker's primary schedule appears on the the planned schedule calendar.

I read that for those schedules to determine the person's work availability, you need to set them both to primary. The problem is, the system only allows for one primary schedule per worker during a specific period.
