Work Schedule Assignment to Line Manager - Mass upload

Hi,

HR Admin can upload the work schedules in bulk for employees using the spreadsheet loader. Is there any way we can give this access to Line Manager as well.
Currently Line Manager has to do it on the screen for each employee which is huge task if he has to make the changes frequently and line manager has more than 20 reportees.
