Define different balance for Two different work schedules

Hello,
I have to define a different accrual balance for two different work schedules.
Employees who work a 5 days week - balance of 20 days a year
Employees who work a 4 days week - balance of 15 days a year
The employees who work 4 days a week are in the same eligibility profile but have a separated work schedule assignment.
How can I set in the system for each type of employee to automatically get the appropriate balance ?
