Change defaults on My Organization page

Summary

Current year performance documents should display/replace stars with labels

Behavior on the My organization page display prior year's documents by default causing the manager to use the filter to select current year's documents.  Is it possible to change to display current year document by default?

Also, this year we moved away from using star format to drop-down selection for rating.  Is this configurable on the My Organization Performance Summary report?
