Not able to view "Planned absence start date" in Display Feature of absence type

Hi All,

As per below link, Planned absence start date and End date should be visible in Display Feature page under "Absence Dates and Duration Rules" section while defining absence type.

But we are not able to see this.

If anyone can guider, it would be great help. We would like to enable the feature so that employee can apply planned leave and which can be confirmed later.
