Printing Anytime Document

Hello...we created an anytime document but when it is printed it shows the employee name as well as a section for signatures...we want to remove this information...is there a way to modify this ONE document so that it doesn't print/display certain things...attached photo for reference...we want to get rid of this information in the circled area
