Transfer to HR process not posting element entries

Hi 

While doing transfer to HR process , the element entries for employee were not posted. Upon checking administration reports found this error message -

Validation error :Your transfer included values from multiple worksheet columns mapped to same element, input value and transfer data (CMP-1005718)

 

The element is tagged to only one column properties section for the plan.

Kindly suggest what could be the issue?
