Onboarding Welcome Email Going to Junk Folder

We implemented the Oracle Recruiting Cloud module in September 2020. As part of the implementation, we're using the onboarding functionality. We've noticed the majority of our new employees are receiving the onboarding welcome email notification in their junk email folder. Although we inform the employee to be on the lookout for it and to check their junk email folder, they are missing it and calling us to have it resent. This is causing quite a bit of unnecessary/duplicate work. Is there a way to stop this from gong to their junk email folder?
