Hide OTL tiles but keep Absence tiles in ESS

We have OTL and Absence in use.

We have created a custom role for ESS and we want to make it Absence only (i.e. user should only be able to enter absence) whereas manager could manage both via MSS so no change to manager role.

I am wondering how can we hide OTL tiles "Current Time Card" and "Existing Time Cards" but keep Absence tiles in ESS.

Navigation Me -> Time and Absence -> hide OTL tiles "Current Time Card" and "Existing Time Cards"
