How to identify the web clock entries edited by employee in approval workflow

Hello All,

I have a case where I need to send the time cards to approval only if there is edits to the web clock entry by employee, i tried to use the internal source attribute but this done not store the information about the edit, it only have the reference from where the entry has come.
