As part of our WFC plan setup, after making changes to our plans in a test environment, how can we migrate these changes across environments and ultimately to Production.  Can we use the Export XML and Import XML for this?  If so, what exactly does this copy over and update when imported in a different environment?  What are the steps to do this?
