Hi Team,

Accrual hours (earning balance) are not add the employee record ? I have attached the report for reference

 

employee have the 360 accrual (hours )balance but employee utilize the 20 hours of their balance the 20 hrs balance is deducted from the total accrual balance (360) = 360-20 = 340 but the same time employee eligible for some earning balance (15 hrs)

 

total balance is = 360-20+15 = 355 but this will not happen in the employee record.
