I got this error when saving the performance template?

note: there is already a goal plan for 2021.

You can't select the available to use option for document periods when you configure the template to populate with worker goals and no valid goal plan exists. (HRA-960383) You must deselect the available to use option for the following performance document periods until a valid goal plan using the same review period and document type exists: Q3 Performance Document.
