Hoping someone can assist.  We have an Enterprise Onboarding checklist with an I-9/eVerify task.  We are seeing an error occurring now when employees try and mark this task Complete.   We have been using the same Checklist and Tasks for a very long time and don't understand why suddenly we are facing this error.  The employee's are unable to mark the task complete and the HR Admin is receiving the same error.   

Hoping someone can shed some light. 

 

The error message is as follows: 

Warning - "An error occurred. Contact your help desk. (PER-1532425)
