Automate Synchronized Goals in Performance Documents

Hello,

Do you have any information, when we should use different evaluation type than the 'default' one?

Do we need to create a custom evaluation type or we can use the default one? What is the difference? Is this only for how the goal plan name is showed under the Performance Evaluation section?

In the Readiness Material, 'Not Ready to Evaluate' is mentioned as a new option. How can I enable this? For us it is not visible even after I made the necessary steps to synchronize the goals and performance document.
