Hi,

One employee only gets the error below when trying to access the absence balance:

Logged in as him in a test instance and the error is happening there as well.

So this is specific to one employee and to a certain absence area only. We are using custom roles, but no one else reported the same issue. Is this something that can be troubleshooted without raising an SR? IS there a way to check the server's error log?
