How to set read-only visibility when current item value is not empty?

Summary:

We are looking for a way to o set read-only visibility when current value of item is not empty.

Content (required):

We are looking for a way to o set read-only visibility when current value of item is not empty.We work with a custom property , but we need the user to take and submit the value, then if the user opens this same screen, this item is read-only because it already has a non-empty value.

Currently, we are testing with the expression (NOT empty (activity`geolocation`)), but we have a circular dependency warning in the validation results.

Let us know if anyone has worked on similar requirements and what was done to solve the issue.
