Department Fast Formula for Goal Plan Eligibility Profile

Summary: We would like to create a Goal Plan that is eligible to employees in a specific range of departments. Rather than adding all the rows to the Eligibility Profile, we would like to use a Fast Formula to identify them.

Has anyone else done this, or how have you isolated a specific Goal Plan that is only to be used for specific departments?

Unfortunately we do not have Business Units set up.

Content (required): Tried creating a fast formula where we checked to see if PER_ASG_ORG_NAME Like 'D' in an effort to identify the grouping of departments since they all begin with the letter D.
