Feature to set the Minimum number of the characters in the comment box for Employees/Managers doing the evaluation.

Content (required):

When the employee/manager provides comments for each goal, competency or Overall Summary Section, a feature should be set for the employee/manager to enter a minimum number of characters so that it will avoid the employee/manager to skip or comment less in the performance document. Do we have this feature as one of our Middle East Health care customers would like to need this functionality?
