Changes not reflected in email notifications during test after customizing the workflow RTF template = “PerformanceGoalApprovalNotificationReport” and “PerformanceGoalRespApprovalNotificationReport”

Content (required):

Trying to make simple text changes from “Worker” to “Employee” and other project related text changes.

Tried trouble shooting by doing the following:

PRC:PO: PO PDF report is not showing the latest or current template (Doc ID 2629489.1) and

Customizations to Workflow Notifications Don't Reflect Instantly In Email Or In-App Notifications (Doc ID 2620900.1)

Changes were NOT reflected on multiple attempts in resolving the issue.
