For Sick Leave absence type-0.5 day absences calculating as1day .

Summary: We have a requirement to record half day absences using the Start/End Date Duration (i.e. Full/Half Day) option. So we created absence type with Calendar Days UOM and attached accrual plan with same Calendar Days UOM. In order to exclude the calendar events and off days, I am using conversion formula which computes the number of days using GET_PAY_AVAILABILITY function. The duration is calculated correctly on absence application (and approval notification) form. But, 1 day is getting calculated for a half (0.5) day leave.
